Tom Anderson

Tom is based in Wellington and has more than 16 years of planning experience. He advises on a broad range of resource management matters, including district and regional resource consent applications, council and Environment Court hearings, policy and plan development, notices of requirement, feasibility and strategy studies, and iwi and community engagement.

Throughout his career, Tom has been seconded into various companies and councils to assist with planning needs, providing him with a significant range of experience across the resource management system. He is a former Chair of the Wellington Branch Committee of the New Zealand Planning Institute and is a certified independent hearing commissioner.
