Molly McGusty

Molly is based in Christchurch and has more than two years of resource management and planning experience, working across policy analysis and development, planning assessments, and resource consenting. With a background in Environmental Science and Geography, she has a particular interest in the natural environment and the interaction between natural processes and land use planning.

Molly has processed and prepared a range of resource consent applications, including subdivisions, urban development, earthworks, and discharge-related proposals for various district and regional councils and private clients throughout the South Island. She also has experience assessing proposals on behalf of government agencies, and assisting with policy reviews and plan development. Molly is actively involved in the profession as a member of the NZPI Canterbury/Westland Emerging Planners Committee.
