Lindsay Daysh

Lindsay is based in Wellington and has more than 25 years of resource management experience, with a particular focus on strategic planning and infrastructure. He has comprehensive knowledge of large consenting processes across New Zealand and broad experience spanning resource consenting, policy development, and strategic planning.

Lindsay is an experienced project leader who has led multidisciplinary teams through complex projects. He provides clients with clear strategic direction and practical planning advice, particularly where major infrastructure proposals involve multiple approvals, stakeholders, or technical disciplines, including Fast Track projects and those in the exclusive economic zone.

Lindsay is also an experienced independent commissioner. He has considered a wide range of applications, from smaller proposals to major projects, both as a sole commissioner and as a member of hearing panels, including as chair.
