Jacqui is based in Christchurch and has more than 25 years of planning experience. She brings deep expertise in policy development and resource consenting, supported by extensive experience at council and Environment Court hearings.

Jacqui specialises in freshwater management, particularly water allocation and rural activities. She has led major plan and plan change projects, overseen the processing of complex consent applications for regional councils, and supported central government clients through consenting processes.
