Hannah Goslin

Hannah is based in Christchurch and has more than 10 years of planning experience. She specialises in assessing and processing complex resource consent applications, including for major infrastructure projects, and is skilled at coordinating multidisciplinary teams and technical advice. Her experience covers discharge, land use, and water permits, as well as environmental and policy assessments.

Hannah has appeared as an expert witness, participated in Environment Court-assisted mediation, and worked under the Fast-track Approvals Act 2024. She also brings experience in policy and plan drafting, analysis, and review, particularly for freshwater management and air quality.
