Fiona Small

Fiona is based in Christchurch and brings more than 25 years of planning experience. She has supported councils across the South Island with resource consent processing and prepared consent and designation applications for major projects, including recreation reserves and community facilities.

Fiona has particular expertise in the petroleum industry, including service station development and contaminated land. Her wider project experience covers radio communication facilities, LPG storage depots, schools, housing for older people, and residential and commercial developments.
