Felicity Boyd

Felicity is based in Christchurch and has more than 15 years of planning experience, with a particular strength in turning complex environmental policy and regulatory requirements into clear, practical planning frameworks.

Felicity regularly leads complex policy and plan development projects, including acting as lead planner for plan development. She has a strong focus on ensuring plans are cohesive, consistent and technically robust, including overseeing the work of other planners and coordinating their integration into the wider plan. She has also appeared as an expert witness at council and court hearings. 

Felicity has particular expertise in freshwater and coastal management, including water allocation and farming activities. She also holds GIS qualifications from the Southern Institute of Technology, supporting her ability to integrate spatial analysis and mapping into policy and planning projects.
