Chris Horne

Chris is based in Auckland and has more than 25 years of experience in planning and resource management. He specialises in infrastructure planning and provides strategic advice throughout the life of a project, from site selection and approvals through to hearings.

Chris has extensive experience with designations, resource consent applications, and submissions on policy statements and plans. He regularly acts as an expert planning witness and leads multidisciplinary teams through complex planning and approval processes.
