Angela Fenemor

Angela is based in Christchurch and has nearly 20 years of planning experience. She specialises in regional planning, freshwater management and complex resource management processes. She is regularly sought out to provide strategic advice and to lead or support teams working through challenging planning and consenting issues, particularly where complex technical, policy, or process matters need to be resolved.

Angela’s experience spans policy and plan development, consenting, fast-track approvals, policy evaluation and analysis, community and stakeholder engagement, and the management of multidisciplinary technical teams. She has worked on significant regional planning and freshwater programmes across New Zealand.
